1lb Wildflower Honey Squeeze Jar

Enjoy our delicious local honey made by happy bees right here in Tallahassee, FL. This honey has a medium amber color and a robust floral profile. This is due to the bees’ habitat of wildflowers that grow right on our farm. You may even get notes of watermelon as these bees work our watermelons hard every year.

NOTICE: Raw local honey sometimes has a high sugar content and is prone to crystallization. That is easily fixed by sticking it in a pot of hot water for a little while. This is a sign of real local honey that comes from wildflowers. Only true Tupelo and Gallberry honey does not crystallize as the sugar content is low and gets its sweetness from the tree itself. If you ever see Tupelo honey that has crystallized, it is mislabeled! Honey from other countries also may not crystalize due to the addition of molasses or high fructose corn syrup.
