That’s why we’re proud to raise sustainable lamb and pork, and why we also grow fresh, seasonal vegetables like watermelons, broccoli, and more. Heritage Breeds with a Purpose

Our animals are at the heart of the farm. We raise Gulf Coast Native Sheep and Kunekune pigs — heritage breeds known for their resilience, hardiness, and rich flavor.

Gulf Coast Native Sheep are one of the oldest sheep breeds in the U.S., naturally adapted to our Southern climate. They graze on pasture, contribute to soil health, and help preserve an important piece of agricultural history.

Kunekune pigs are small, gentle foragers that graze on grass and root lightly. They’re ideal partners in sustainable farming — turning soil, spreading nutrients, and living calm, content lives in the open air.

These animals aren’t raised for speed or scale — they’re raised for quality, sustainability, and integrity.

Our Produce: Grown with the Same Intent

In addition to meat, we grow a variety of vegetables with the same regenerative practices. From sweet watermelons in the summer to cool-weather broccoli, our gardens help diversify the land and provide fresh, local produce to our neighbors.
